A $32 deposit (including a $2 processing fee) is required to book and is non-refundable. The processing fee does not apply toward your service total. Deposits can be held for a month and transferred only once. On the day of your appointment, the remaining balance must be paid in cash or card — no Zelle, CashApp, or Apple Pay. Card/tap payments incur a $2 transaction fee.
There is a 20 minute grace period, after which a $13 late fee applies. Arriving 25+ minutes late means your appointment is cancelled; if I proceed, I’ll complete the set in the remaining time. No call / no shows are charged 70% of the service to the card on file and prohibited from future booking.
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Within 24 hours, a 50% service charge applies and a new deposit is required, without exceptions. For any questions or concerns, contact us at (917) 859-5719 — please raise service concerns within 24–48 hours so we can review and address them.

A consultation will be done, and all required intake forms must be completed and signed. Please allow an additional 15–20 minutes for this process.
There is a waiting area — however, keep in mind appointments take 2hrs or more; beverages, snacks, and blankets are provided. Please arrive comfortably: no caffeine before your appointment, no contacts, phone on silence.

We offer a full range — Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume, and more. Each style is customized to suit your eye shape, lifestyle, and desired look. Check the Services section for a full menu and pricing.
A full lash set typically takes 1.5 – 3 hours depending on the style and density. Fills are usually 45 – 90 minutes. We recommend arriving with clean, makeup-free lashes to keep your appointment on schedule.
To maintain a calm, focused environment for all clients, we ask that you come alone to your appointment. Children and extra guests are not permitted in the studio space, as distractions can affect the quality of your service.
Avoid water and steam for the first 24 hours. Sleep on your back or a silk pillowcase, avoid oil-based products near the eyes, and gently brush your lashes daily. Fills are recommended every 2 – 3 weeks to maintain fullness.
We accept cash and card on the day of your appointment. Please note that Zelle, CashApp, and Apple Pay are not accepted. Card and tap payments incur a $2 transaction fee. Your deposit is processed online at the time of booking.
